The Region 2000 Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Recycling service is free for RESIDENTS of Lynchburg City, Amherst, Appomattox, Campbell and Nelson Counties, and the Towns of Altavista and Brookneal.

Residents of Amherst, Appomattox and Nelson Counties must bring a voucher form which they must obtain by contacting their localities solid waste department.
